Itinerary Churín & Sayán Full Day Tour

  • Departure to Churín: Early morning departure from Lima to the charming town of Churín.
  • Thermal Baths at Tingo: Begin the day by soaking in the warm, therapeutic waters of Tingo, where temperatures can reach up to 34°C, offering pools of varying heat for maximum relaxation.
  • Mamahuarmi Thermal Complex: Visit the Mamahuarmi baths, named after the legendary love story of a princess and a soldier. Explore the Mamahuarmi grotto and the beautiful surroundings.
  • Churín’s Plaza de Armas: Stroll through the main square of Churín, admire the Mamahuarmi monument, and learn about the romantic history of Shumac Coyllur, the local princess.
  • Arco Emblemático: Take memorable photos at Churín’s iconic stone arch, a symbol of the town.
  • Sayán’s Plaza de Armas: Visit Sayán’s main square, explore the surrounding areas, and shop for traditional alfajores and other regional products.
  • Artisanal Beer Tasting: Conclude the day with a visit to Beerlú Brewery in Sayán. Discover the artisanal brewing process and taste some of Sayán’s finest beers.

What to bring

  3. Comfortable Footwear: Wear sturdy, non-slip shoes for walking around Churín and Sayán. Sandals are useful for the thermal baths.
  4. Sun Protection: Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun, especially during midday.
